((wise plan sadly there are no clearly defined specters to be hunted down anywhere in the Solvall, all the search proves is no spirits have gotten past the outer wards and likely it breeds a certain over confidence and general skepticism when ghostly things do start happening))

WOOOO!
We've got the lid on the jar. I think. Most recent scans are showing that the building is as secure as is was before the implementation of the BESS, and I'm confident enough in that projection to let myself go home for the night. I let the minions go 3 hours ago. Just to be on the safe side, I've disengaged the Arcane Nexus from all all not-critical ritual upkeep, and set the AA&S alarms to notify my phone, and well as the overnight crew working in the Hub, if any of the stats change or if there's a spike in ethereal activity during the night.
Thanks for your patience today, everyone. Go team!
Drinks on me tonight.

To: PIT Crew From: Carl Weaver CC: Teresa Auerbach, Lucy Randall Subject: Snack Thieves
As you're all aware, as part of the disturbance that occurred this week the snack machines in Investigations started spitting out Cheetos by themselves during Night Shift. Regrettably, several of our interns promptly absconded with those snacks. This is unacceptable.
We do have video footage of the snack thieves, and we will allow a grace period lasting to the end of the work day today for the culprits to either return the snacks or to reimburse us monetarily for them. Afterwards, those culprits who did not come forward will be harshly disciplined, up to and including being forced to listen to Shay's playlist for an entire workday.
I trust you'll make the right decision, given the undesirable alternative.

Just a quick update from the Hub.
Things seemed to have calmed down as there were no significant flare ups of weirdness last night. I came in a little earlier this morning to patrol the building and things looked like they were almost back to normal. The main elevator still feel...off though.
I would like to point out however, that "Inky" (That's what the boys and girls in the Hub have started calling this thing) is still cropping up all over the cam monitors. We've noticed a pattern to its movements insofar that it seems to travel through adjacent monitors on the Feed Wall. What is keeping me from writing this off as a purely a technical problem are the reports from the people it seems to be stalking of feeling like their being watched, myself included. Many of these people do not even know of the problem. Once AA&S has caught up with the cleanup, I'd like someone to take a look into this.
Please let me know of any new occurrences as soon as possible.
Ciao, Vi

ok so no more chaos in the night and today has been way quieter... a few mean spirited pranks by certain staff members aside... I can categorically state that the thing on the cameras IS a glitch but despite knowing what to look for this glitch is still randomly popping up and moving from camera to camera, that coupled with the feelings people have of being watched makes me reluctant to just drop the matter.
We can however categorically rule out a typical specter/ghost however as the fuzzy glitch went down a corridor right past Vik and his ghost busters and despite them all having goggles not one of them saw a darn thing... plus lets be honest if this was a specter it would be floating down corridors wailing at peeps or popping out of mirrors with a scythe and nothing like that's been seen.

It's been a long and peaceful weekend, things around the Solvall have more or less slipped back into there normal routine, the bio-etheric security system is still offline frustrating Anna and Ammie too no end and resisting any all efforts to reset and reboot it, the strange scratching in the walls that Vik heard and blurring on the security footage remain unexplained but these issues are pushed to the back burner and overtaken by the more mundane problems of the working day... however all is not back as it was, no one wants to admit it but the Solvall IS different, the atmosphere subtly oppressive, the normally bustling offices seem somehow muted, staff members huddle down in there cubicles trying to focus on their work and ignore the uncomfortable sensation of being watched.

Remember when the hard drives of my computer started doing the Imperial March when I was leaving my office one night last week? Well, we've had another occurrence of this in Investigations, except on a much larger scale. The drives in the PIT crew computers started playing out a very recognizable tune tonight, just as I was getting ready to leave for the night again.
Not sure what the heck's going on. I'm not a computer expert, whether the machine's possessed or not. Probably want to look into this.

I think your PIT guys have too much spare time and likely playing pranks on you... also I really hope they are planning on putting those back together cos I'm still swamped trying to sort the bio-etheric grid out

((This e-mail is sent early Thursday Morning))
To: Annabelle Winston-Smith, Victoria Vega From: Carl Weaver CC: Teresa Auerbach, Amaryllis Wicker Subject: Missing Footage
As you may have heard from the rumor mill around the Solvall, I arrived at my office this morning to find it with bagfuls of Cheetos ripped open and spread everywhere and orange dust on my walls. I've already requested the security footage from last night to bring the hammer down on the offending interns, but something's off. The feed went out completely for exactly 7 minutes and 14 seconds. Before the feed goes out, my office was clean. After, a cheesy mess.
This strikes me as being all wrong. First obviously, our PIT crew shouldn't have access to our security hardware, much less be able to erase the footage from it. But there's something else. In all the orange dust the culprit, no matter how careful, should have left at least one footprint or fingerprint somewhere. Thus far, I've found neither.
I'm not sure what to make of this, but my gut's telling me this isn't simply a case of intern vandalism.

Well I've drawn a great big blank I'm afraid no clue how the camera's were tampered the systems say they were working perfectly all night even during the 7 minute gap when they clearly weren't, I've tripped checked all our security measures and I can find no sign that we've been hacked, maybe the camera anomaly is liked to the distortion that's been flitting around here and there I'll keep looking into it.

A new week starts and the feeling of oppression greeting staff Monday morning is worse than ever and far harder to ignore... whats more matters are getting worse as any all attempts to access to access the 30th floor fail, the elevators say they are on 30 only to open up onto the floors above or bellow and the emergence stairwell doors are wedged solidly shut. Initially staff are merely confused and a little irritated by this but when it becomes clear that the security footage from that floor is not actually live but looped from the previous day, a group of security personnel lead by Detective Percelli ((and any other field agents that want to have been involved)) smash through one of the emergence doors down with the help of fire axes and find the offices have been totally and almost systematically trashed, chairs and tables are overturned, computer equipment has been thrown around, massive holes knocked in interior walls and cubicles... no staff working Sunday night recall hearing anything unusual that night and no evidence of break-in or computer hacking is found. ((may change the floor in question if it is site of a major department like investigations or AA&S, more likely this was HR or maybe PR a department that would be more likely empty that time of night and is currently staffed mostly with NPC's, also the link I posted for the AEgir wiki seems to be wrong so trying again wiki.tsw-rp.com/index.php/%C3%86gir_Communications)),

((No conflict with AA&S - I've always heard it referred to as a "wing", but if it's in a floor...dibs on 13. We can handle the counter charms for any bad luck associated, and besides - that's just cool. :3 ))

Within the softly humming confines of the Solvall's elevator, Victoria flipped through the report summaries that had accumulated since her hiatus began last Thursday with a furrowed brow and pursed lips. A lot had occurred over the weekend, things that were not just found on the pages in her hands. Most of it news was bad, and all of it made her feel particularly broody. She paused from reading, and glanced up at the floor display as it counted down from the thirtieth floor towards the security department on the twenty fourth. She had toured the scene as soon as she had heard of the utter trashing the entire floor had gone through, apparently with no sign of who or how the vandalizing had been done.
Vi sighed and leaned against the far wall. She ached all over. Being Gaia-blessed did wonders for injuries, but not so much with aches and pains. Little reminders that she was still human. She stretched her neck in one direction then the other. It had been one hell of a weekend. And from the looks of it, one hell of a work week. The suffocating sense of foreboding seemed to have gotten even worse, like it was choking the very air. It set her on edge. The Solvall had been her refuge for months and now there doesn't seem to be anything she could do to keep it from slipping away.
The elevator chimed a moment sooner than the whoosh of the doors sliding open, and roused her from her sulking. The sharp taps of her heels on stone floors accompanied her as she marched briskly through the corridor to her Security Hub. She passed by a few security personnel along the way, and she smiled at them as cheerily as she could muster when they greeted her. They were all starting to get used to the idea of a personable boss, and she was not about to dissuade them, despite her mood. Smiling so much even helped to make her feel better, and by the time she reached the Hub, her mood was considerably lightened.
She took the time to make her rounds, checking in on her people and keeping up to date on the comings and goings of the building. Satisfied, she looked around the room with a happy grin. "I'm feeling like coffee. Anybody else feel like coffee?"
"I could use some coffee, ma'am," chimed in one of her newer coordinators.
"Great!" she favored him with her grin then started towards her office, "Go make some. I want mine with two creams on my desk in 5 minutes~"
Amid some chuckling from around the room, Vi hummed a tune she had picked up on the way to work and entered her office.
The first thing she noticed was the sudden drop in temperature, and the puff of breath that accompanied her gasp. The second thing was that her furniture had all been stacked up against the far wall in a fashion very reminiscent of a game of tetris. Vi glowered at the display and checked her phone, noting that only an hour had passed since she was last inside her office then sighed. She really needed to stop going on vacations...
