TO: All Solvall Employees/Residents (mailing list: KitnCaboodle) FROM: Brad King, ESI Labs SUBJECT: Basement maintenance 1/11 to 1/14
We're updating the Solvall's hurricane countermeasures, in case we get another Sandy next year. This will require re-routing some existing plumbing and wiring, as well as switching back and forth between city and generator power. While we don't anticipate any serious problems, anyone working this weekend should be aware the lights, network, and toilets may stop working at any time.
We shouldn't need to intrude on anyone's work space. All the work is planned to take place on sub-basements 3 and 4. Anyone with cars parked in Lot Q may be victimized by a little concrete dusting. We recommend either moving them now or start spreading the rumor that it's the hottest new retro style from East Germany.

TO: All Solvall Employees/Residents (mailing list: KitnCaboodle) FROM: Brad King, ESI Labs SUBJECT: Building maintenance 1/28 to 2/4
Another round of hurricane-proofing, everyone, this time affecting the Boat and a few other key areas, like our backup generator. We want to make this as quick as possible, so we're getting a bit of help from AEgir's security teams. So if you see a plumber, a mechanic, and a secret agent nosing around your office, don't be alarmed! We're doing this for your safety.

Everything's ready on my end. You guys do know what you're looking for, right? I'd rather not tear apart the whole tower on a wild goose hunt.
See everyone this evening.
