Online Employment Application:
Thank you for your interest in joining the team at AEgir Incorporated,a group of dedicated professionals specializing in extraordinary situations.
To ensure prompt processing of your application, please answer the following questions:
Name (including aliases as appropriate): Danielle “Dannya” Gallo
Age/Gender: 22, Female
Position Desired: Arcane Specialist
Relevant Skills: Advanced knowledge of elemental magic ,undergraduate college level knowledge of Biology, Chemistry, and Biochemistry, boundless (perhaps reckless) enthusiasm, an affinity for animals, and a steady shot.
Relevant Background Information:
For as long as she could remember, Dannya loved the outdoors. When other little girls were playing with dolls and clothes, Dannya was covered in mud and digging up worms. From an early age she seemed to get along very well with animals, constantly bringing home strays and having as many pets as her parents would tolerate. Even with her short attention span and lack of interest in anything she found “boring,” Dannya managed to do well in school.
By high school she had acquired most of a normal teen girl’s interests, but never lost her love of the outdoors. In college she double-majored in biology and chemistry, doing extremely well. Dannya was in her senior year and looking into graduate school and eventually a career as a veterinarian or park ranger. That was of course until she “got her bee.” In November 2012, Dannya abruptly stopped attending classes. The new found connection to the elemental forces she experienced consumed her interest and efforts. She joined the Illuminati because they seemed the best suited to help her increase her knowledge without having any pesky hang-ups about how she got it.
After several months of fairly undirected study, Danny is looking to direct her efforts into more useful and possibly lucrative directions.
Contact Information:
Dannya has several e-mail addresses, including her still-live college e-mail, and phone number for communicating with other members of the Illuminati.

Thanks for applying! We're a group of roleplayers who find MMORPGs more fun to play when the roles of our characters are more fully developed than a list of numbers to define their survivability and damage. Members of the group will be expected to play and converse in-character (IC) for group activities, using notation such as (( )) around text intended to be out-of-character (OOC) so that it's clearly recognizable. We're seeking players who are mature, low-drama, and interested in character development as well as game progression!
Please take a minute to look over our Rules And Tone page--there's not a lot of rules, but if you're part of the group, you'll be expected to follow the few rules that we've got while you're representing us with the group's handle.
To help us get a feel for who you are and what you'd like to get out of being part of the group, please answer the following questions:
1. How much experience do you have with roleplaying? Have you played other MMORPGs? There's no wrong answer here.
I have 17 years experience in table-top, live-action, and online RP. I have played City of Heroes, Everquest II, World of Warcraft, Champions Online, and The Old Republic for extended periods of time. I have played other MMOs briefly.
2. What has brought your character to the group? Do you have any stories/ideas that you hope to develop for them as they progress through the game, and if so, what are they?
After a time of acclimation to her new abilities and undirected magical study, Dannya is looking for more. Dannya is easy going and more than willing to work with others when it, in some way, contributes to her larger goal of increasing her understanding/mastery of elemental magic and insight into the natural world. I have some ideas for research projects she might engage in. However, I would be interested in working with others on storylines. She could very easily fit into a story involving magical research or collaborations (gone awry peraps).
3a. Fill in the blank: If my character were to meet an Eldritch Horror From Beyond Space And Time, he/she would probably give a high pitched squeal of excitement before politely inquiring if it would like to give her some samples to analyze back at the lab (you catch more Eldritch Horrors with honey). If rebuffed, she would go about acquiring said samples by whatever means necessary. If she could restrain it for further study? Bonus.
3b. Fill in the blank: If I were to meet an Eldritch Horror From Beyond Space And Time, I would probably wonder if my years of wild hedonism had finally caught up with me. Then, realizing I didn’t have many of those, think about seeing a neurologist.
4. How did you find out about us, and how would you like for us to contact you in-game?
An RL friend who also plays the game told me about the cabal.
Please contact me through /tell if I am online and in-game e-mail if I am not.
5. Have you ever wanted a chance to just say whatever you'd like to about yourself to a group of anonymous strangers over the internet? If so, here's your chance!
I really enjoy channel RP, hangout RP, and mission RP. I also enjoy making contributions to other people’s storylines. I do not typically run storylines myself, though I am happy to involve people in my character’s personal story. While I have a great deal of fun RPing, I do take respect for other players, consent, avoiding meta-gaming, and avoiding godmoding very seriously.
