Subject: Mal and Peter Oxford

Peter Oxford, former friend of Mal, contacted me again today. With the death of private security that he believes was by Mal's hand, Mr. Oxford is fearing for his life.

He has proposed and even urged this: Aegir may detain and investigate him granted they detain Mal as well.

He is in his panic room, awaiting a call.

Mr. Oxford would have allowed me to detain him there, but I found that highly unorthodox. Clearly, this is not my decision to make. I urge Security and Investigations to do what they think is right.

((Sorry, I've been too bogged down with other RP/IRL busyness to be able to devote any time to this. I can try and muster up some people in investigations to get on this though if you'd like?

I know Kotturr mentioned in #AEgir that Oxford wanted both he and Malcom to be detained by AEgir for their own safety. Perhaps that's something we could get someone in security on?))

((Well, yes, and make a decision ICly. If you look at Noel's email she doesn't -say- to detain Mal, just shares Peter Oxford's wishes. So I mean, maybe that scalpel could come in handy Kidding! Dead PR is bad PR!

I can get on this today or tomorrow. Detain Mal first and then Oxford is willing to come in for a interview? Kover and I can handle the taking him in but I'll need to talk to Tess from there.

Anyway, we'll do something soon. I still think letting me kill both of them long ago would have solved this.
