do you have a book, movie, song, comic, or other that reminds/inspires you for TSW? dos it have nothing to do with TSW and you jsut wanna share? Here's your chance! also, here's my first This book is both fairly scareh, fairly hilarious, and the protagonist gets his powers from bees. wasps. something like that. its complicated. but definitely worth the read.

biggest thing that reminds me of TSW is ether Silent Hill... especially the Solomon Island stages of the game, and ofc the world of darkness, new or old really both have the secret cabal's ruling the night and controlling the masses

There's a trailer out and I think it's been shown at some film festivals already, sersi. no idea on the real release though.
And now for a real contribution to the thread...well...Clarence has been running around Egypt lately, and because of it I had to go watch The Mummy again. Oh man nostalgia.

Alan Wake definitely had a huge inspiration in creating my character.

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Move_Under_GroundIt's Jack Kerouac on a road trip to stop Cthulhu after he's already risen. Written entirely in the first person in Kerouac's beatnik prose. Takes the subject matter seriously enough that it's become one of Fitz's favorite apocalyptic mythos tales, helped considerably by the fact that, unlike many Lovecraftian and Lovecraftian-inspired protagonists, Jack has more moods than "general malaise" and "fantastic fright."

to be fair, in lovecraft's world there not really room for much more than "fantastic fright" XD
