Lucy Randall, intern Tess's personal assistant!
Once upon a time, Lucy was your everyday young lady struggling through her first year of college, trying to balance schoolwork and a bevy of geek interests that are best left unnamed, for brevity. A fun, if stressful and mundane existence, most marred by an unhealthy fascination with wierd news and conspiracy theories. Not that she actually believed them, mind, but they were much more interesting than fiscal cliffs and insurance debates.
Then the night before Sandy came to New York she got a call asking her to come toÆgir. She did, and met a girl not much older than herself coordinating superhuman field agents in the middle of a zombie apocalypse, and realized that she'd never be able to look at her friend's WOD LARP the same.
Over the months following several more interns like herself were brought in, people who could research and coordinate the rather obscure activities that Ægir's investigators got into. She found herself in the novel and intimidating position of rallying point for the others, the PITs. She was chosen first, after all. And she was the boss's favorite.
Of course, now that boss is gone. Tess and Carl are in charge, and Tess scooped her up to Personal Secretary status. She's not entirely sold on the new leadership, and her own PITs have started to look at her a little differently. Still, she has no intention of doing less than her best -- anything less would imply her hero chose poorly.
And that's just unacceptable.
