Since Issue 8 is likely to hit live servers tomorrow, here some more or less consolidated info from the test server:
There are 3 scenarios available upon I8 launch: 1. The Hotel 2. The Castle 3. The Mansion
There are 3 difficulty modes for those scenarios: 1. Normal - (about current Elite dungeon difficulty) 2. Elite - (about current NM dungeon difficulty) 3. Nightmare - (aimed at about QL .4.4)
Those scenarios can be run in 3 modes: 1. Solo 2. Duo 3. Group
Now here is where it gets kind of tricky: There are two cooldowns in place for scenarios: One after successfully completing a scenario (18 hours) and one for failing a scenario (1 hour until you can try again).
1. Solo/Duo share a cooldown, Group has its own cooldown 2. Normal/Elite share a cooldown, NM has its own cooldown
Resulting in: 3 scenarios as a group on NM + 3 scenarios as a group on normal/elite = 6 group runs 3 scenarios solo/duo on NM + 3 scenarios solo/duo on normal/elite = 6 solo/duo runs
Adding up to a total of 12 runs you can do every 18 hours.
The rewards (Oreo tokens) differ depending on the difficulty on the scenario and how well you performed - there have been reports of people getting Oreo amounts ranging from 4 (bad normal run) up to 24 (perfect NM run).
Tokyo access costs 80 Oreos. Clothing costs about 100-125 Oreos per piece. Augment stuff is considerably more expensive.

Yay!! I'm actually really glad that the scenarios are supposedly very difficult ^_^ It'll add to the replay if people keep failing and have to rethink their builds/strategies Plus! The 1 hour cooldown after a failed attempt gives plenty of time to blame the tank/healer/lag for a DPS being stupid and standing in an AOE

Just did my first scenario: Solo Normal Hotel.
It was surprisingly hard. O__O But in a good way! I was pretty over-geared for the encounter, but even with being able to kill the badguys easily I still had to do a bit of running around and had to rethink my strategy in the middle of the fight when the computer threw a big patch of filth right in the middle of the board. XD It was fun! If the scenarios are all this challenging I could see myself playing them for a while!
Also: The Augment System. Get ready to griiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiind Q_Q
